ICF Mentor Coaching is a required process for coaches seeking their ACC, PCC, or MCC credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). It involves at least 10 hours of coaching with an ICF-credentialed mentor coach to refine coaching skills, receive feedback on coaching sessions, pass the credentialing exam, and deepen understanding of the ICF Core Competencies.
